Rosie is experienced in providing clinical supervision services for Developmental Educators and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Currently recognised as an ‘Advanced’ PBS Practitioner, Rosie is able to support practitioners from Core through to Advanced/Specialist.

With experience across both the adult and child/adolescent disability space, Rosie can support DE’s and PBS Practitioners alike in navigating the complex interplay of the NDIS, child protection, guardianship, mental health and criminal justice systems.

Rosie is a strong advocate for neuro-affirming practice, trauma-informed approaches and promoting human rights and dignity of risk.
